Justin John is the new owner of Peter Barry Estate Agents. He is an experienced property professional who also owns and runs Target Property Limited, Angels Property Lettings Limited, Thomas Childs Lettings and Fine & Country (Winchmore Hill & Palmers Green).
With over 25 years of local negotiating, selling and valuing experience, Theo is the Branch Manager at Peter Barry. You’ll be in safe hands when selling your property with Theo in charge as he takes a keen interest on all property instructions, personally dealing with all the cases. Theo lives in the local area with his wife and three children. As well as spending time with his family he is also passionate about football and is a self-confessed ‘foodie’, you may spot Theo and the family enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. He enjoys keeping fit at the gym, as well as working on and owning older style Mercedes cars.
Bulent Akay MARLA
Since commencing his lettings career in 2015, Bulent has built up a vast knowledge of the London property market. This has enabled him to progress to the position of Lettings Manager here at Peter Barry. Since his arrival, Bulent has been instrumental in the continued growth of the letting department and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA), giving him a wealth of knowledge relating to lettings rules & regulations. He has a very proactive approach and enjoys working in this dynamic environment. Bulent is also a local, having been raised in Winchmore Hill. He’s a keen football fan and enjoys following a healthy life style.
Elizabeth Fekete MARLA
Elizabeth is an ARLA qualified property manager with a wealth of experience in the property industry. Having successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties, she brings a comprehensive understanding of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Her expertise lies in overseeing all aspects of property management, from tenant acquisition and lease negotiation to rent collection, deposits, and maintenance coordination. She is well-versed in conducting thorough property inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolving tenant-landlord disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
She possesses a deep understanding of the legal frameworks and regulations governing the rental market, allowing her to navigate complex legal matters with ease, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and protecting the interests of property owners and tenants alike.
She is adept at building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Nez initially joined Peter Barry in 2013, left for a short period to focus on her young family and returned to us once the children were of school age. She has had a long career within the property industry and has worked in every field of estate agency. Nez is a valuable member of the Peter Barry team currently working in our Property Management department. She is also studying to take the ARLA qualification to expand her knowledge of lettings rules and regulations further. Between work, study and raising two lively boys Nez is a very busy lady. She loves to spend her free time with her extended family and socialising with friends.
